Growing up surrounded by the hum of construction in San Antonio, Michael Gularte began his journey as an entrepreneur at the age of 16, owning and managing a custom fence and ironworks business. His early experiences laid the groundwork for a robust foundation in construction.
After relocating to Houston in 2008, Michael transitioned into Project Management for a leading custom home building company. Advancing his skills through courses with the Greater Houston Builders Association, he excelled as a Project Manager, delivering top-quality projects with a focus on client communication.
Progressing swiftly, Michael rose to the role of Vice President of Construction, overseeing Project Managers and shaping training programs. Despite success in Houston, his dream was always to return to the Texas Hill Country, providing beautiful, quality homes with exceptional customer service.
Fulfilling this dream, Michael and his family relocated to scenic Dripping Springs, TX, founding G&W Construction. Here, he leads with a commitment to teamwork, integrity, communication, and compassion, leaving an indelible mark on the industry. Michael Gularte stands as a testament to excellence, turning dreams into reality, one meticulously crafted home at a time.

Born and raised in the heart of Houston, Texas, Grant hails from a distinguished line of builders. His sincere passion for the construction industry was ignited from a young age. During his high school years, Grant devoted his summers to gaining hands-on experience across various construction trades, providing him with invaluable insights into the nuances of coordination and strategic planning.
Upon earning his degree from Baylor University, Grant embarked on a professional journey that encompassed roles with a reputable ready-mix concrete company and a prominent development firm specializing in earthworks and paving. Fueled by an unwavering ambition to carve his niche as an entrepreneur within the construction sector, he resolved to harness the wealth of knowledge and skills accumulated over the years to establish G&W Construction with business partner, Michael Gularte.
Throughout this endeavor, Grant has meticulously cultivated an unparalleled eye for detail and an acute awareness that transcends traditional classroom education.
